I drive initiatives and help organizations work better with a focus on data, smooth operations, and healthy work culture.

I started in technical roles as a web developer and, over time, realized my passion isn't writing code — it's designing, building, and innovating through systems and strategic impact.

For 8 years I worked at a payments Fintech in Honduras as the person who connected the CEO's vision with team execution. I built the operational infrastructure from scratch, designed the data framework, implemented OKRs, and led the distributed work culture that enabled growth without losing the team. Today I apply AI strategically: not to automate for automation's sake, but to eliminate manual work that drains energy and focus. In startup environments where reliability is non-negotiable, my goal is to implement AI in a scalable, auditable, and trustworthy way.

The problem

The company was growing in users but had no structure. Disorganized support, manual processes, no metrics visibility, no documentation. The team survived on individual effort.

My intervention

I designed and implemented the complete operational foundation: help desk with Zendesk + Jira, automation of B2B support flows, core process documentation, and training programs so the team could resolve issues autonomously.

Deep Diagnosis
I understand the business before proposing anything. I map processes, teams, tech stack, and the gap between what the CEO wants and what the organization can deliver today.

System Design
I design the solution with product logic: simple to operate, easy to iterate, auditable. No process I design requires me to be present to function.

Implementation with the team
I don't implement on top of the team — I implement with the team. Adoption is part of the deliverable. A system nobody uses is not a solution.

I define success metrics from day one. I iterate fast. If something isn't working, I say so before the CEO notices — not after.

Everything I build is documented and in the team's hands. My goal is for them to not need me for the system to work.
