For 8 years I worked at a payments Fintech in Honduras as the person who connected the CEO's vision with team execution. I built the operational infrastructure from scratch, designed the data framework, implemented OKRs, and led the distributed work culture that enabled growth without losing the team. Today I apply AI strategically: not to automate for automation's sake, but to eliminate manual work that drains energy and focus.
